Went to Disney (Magic Kingdom) for Christmas! I sincerely thought the experience would be magical, but it was anything but magical...My complaints are listed in the order of importance.

In retrospect, I hope that whomever reads this doesn't get swept by the dream sold and goes in with eyes wide open about the possible Disney experience.

1) There is no protocol for lost children at the park (or at least was told)!!! We lost a kid and immediately went to seek aid from the staff but were met with only a nonchalant shrug and the comment: "We lose children all the time and usually they are recovered within 5 minutes..."

NOT Happy with prices of tickets!

Not happy with the prices!! We brought our family to disney a few years ago and didn't have a problem with prices.

They were high, but not back breaking. I took two young kids and my spouse for under four hundred on a two and a half day pass. This time we couldn't do a one day pass for that. fourteen for parking, no refills on pops.

There is a limit on how much can be drained from us. Where did Walt Disney's dream go? An affordable place for family's to go and enjoy the magic of Disney.

Ha! If you can afford it.

5 day hopper ticket only worked for 4 days

This is suppose to be my daughter's first time in the Disney park. As a single mom, it is not very easy to afford a pleasure like this especially from different state. My daughter Christine a 6-yearl old girl, sell her stuff on the garage sale to be able to afford things in the park including meal, toys, etc. On the 5th day, me and my daughter could not get in because our card won't work. They told us somebody else had to cancel it. But how could that be of possible? So we went to the ticket office, hitch a cab, yada yada and spent money for it to figure out what was going on. Nobody helped us and not only that we lost our 1-day pass but also spent money on the cab. My daughter was very sad and I was disappointed. How could this have happen to us? Also, the disney office confiscated our ticket for further investigation. This is not a very good disney experience at all. It didn't turned out to be magical moment for my daughter the way she expected it. Thanks Disney!

Where did you buy tickets? Because with a receipt at Disney for proof they should have fixed it. If you bought the tickets elsewhere, there are all kinds of scams using old tickets...
